I William White of the County of Sumner and State of Tennessee being in a weak state of health but of sound mind and memory do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament--First: I give and bequeath to my son Robert White fifty acres of land where he now lives. Secondly: I give and bequeath to my daughter Elizabeth Letsinger one negro woman named Fillia. Thirdly:I give and bequeath to my son Charles H. White one negro man named Mark with the land where I now live containing fifty acres also before he takes possession of the before named negro and land he shall give bond with approved security to my son Robert White after my decease for three hundred dollars payable at one hundred per year til the whole amount of principal and interest is discharged, also my farming tools he shall take possession of. Fourthly: I give and bequeath to my daughter Fanny White one negro girl named Prude with the room and fireplace upstairs where I now live, with free liberty of keeping a horse beast and one cow and calf with one small table on the place where I now live, the horse and saddle which I have formerly given her shall not be counted in her division, also that my son Charles H. White bind himself to board the said Fanny White during the time of her single life, also that my son Charles H. White give bond and security sufficient for the amount of one hundred dollars before he receives his aforesaid legacy to my daughter Fanny White, bearing interest from the date payable within three years after the date, also I give to my daughter Fanny White my bed which I lye on and furniture. Fifthly: I give to my daughter Sally Dickenson one negro girl, named Touser the horse and saddle which I have formerly given her shall not be counted in her division, also my china ware shall be equally divided between Fanny White and Sally Dickenson which shall not be counted in their division also I give and bequeath to Sally White, daughter of my son Robert White, Kennedy Letsinger son to my daughter Elizabeth Letsinger thirty dollars paid by Charles White my son to be equally divided between them, to be laid out for schooling the aforesaid children. Concerning my stock of horses, cattle, sheep, hogs, household and kitchen furniture they shall be equally divided between Robert White my son, Elizabeth Letsinger, Fanny White and Sally Dickenson my daughters by two disinterested men---Whereas the property which I have given to my daughter Fanny White if she should decease without a lawful heir then the said property shall be equally divided among the before named heirs (viz) Robert, Elizabeth, Charles and Sally or their heirs--I do appoint my two sons Robert White and Charles H. White Executors to this my last will and Testament. I do hereby disallow of all other Wills Legatees (?) Ratifying and confirming this to be my last Will and Testament. in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this the 24th day of March in the year of Our Lord One Thousand and Eight hundred and twenty.

State of Tennessee Sumner County Court May Term 1824
The Last Will and Testament of William White dec`d was exhibited in open court for probate and was thereupon duly proved as the law directs, by the oaths of John
H. D. Cary and Henry McAden the subscribing witnesses to the last Will and ordered to be recorded and thereupon Charles H. White and Robert White the Executors named in said Will appeared in Court and agreed to take upon themselves the execution thereof and together with Jacob C. Cook and John Shaver entered into and acknowledged their bond to the Governor and his successors on Office in the sum of Ten Thousand Dollars conditioned as the law directs and also took the necessary------ of Executor prescribed by law.
