"Fannie" FERGUSON) d. 29 Aug 1905, Dallas/Rockwall County, Texas, buried: ? Aug 1905, Heath Cemetery, Rockwall Co., Texas. Elizabeth died 17 Mar 1925, Garland, Dallas County, Texas, buried: ? Mar 1925, Heath Cemetery, Rockwall Co., Texas. She was a diabetic and there was no insulin at that time. She and James Monroe Spillman were second cousins through the Gilmore family. She was also called Betsey Ann, Betty, and Eliza. She received a pension for her husband serving in the Civil War. Marriage bond date was 7 Jan 1851. They were Baptists. James was a mason - member of Lodge: Brooklyn #386 of Texas -- at Forney. He was a Civil War Confederate soldier from Missouri; Col. James McCown's Regiment in Gen. Price's Cavalry; 1 Reg. Cav. Mo. - GG. They owned property in Polk Co., MO. In 1874 he and Elizabeth lived one mile west of Garland, TX.
