Description: The following described property as a procession deed made by John W. Baker, which is registered in the Register's Office of Sumner County, Tennessee, Deed Book No. 64, page 14, situated in Civil District No. 9 of Sumner County, Tennessee.
Description of Church Lot: Beginning at the northwest corner of the original lot of the Salem Church property, marked by a planted stone, and running east with old north line of church property three hundred and seventy-five (375) feet to a planted stone; thence North one hundred and sixty-eight and three-tenth (168.3) feet to a planted stone; thence South 65-3/4 degrees West four hundred and ten (410) feet to the beginning, containing seventy-two one-hundredth (0.72) acre, more or less.
School Property: Beginning at the original beginning corner of the Salem Church property at a stone on the west bank of the middle fork of Station Camp Creek one pole east of spring, and running North 2-3/4 degrees West seventy (70) feet to middle of said __________; thence in middle of creek, North 51-3/4 degrees West two hundred and three (203) feet; thence South 65-3/4 degrees West sixty-four (64) feet to a planted stone; thence South one hundred and sixty-eight and three-tenth (168.3) feet to a planted stone on the north line of original church property; thence East two hundred and nineteen (219) feet to the beginning, containing seventy-two one-hundredth (0.72) acre, more or less.
To have and to hold the said lands, with the improvements and appurtenances thereto belonging, unto said Trustees of said School District and the Church Directors of Salem Church as divided in the procession, and to their successors in office.
This deed contains the usual covenant of general warranty.
At the end of the deed is the following statement: "William Baulch donates one-half to Salem Church."
