This is the Buffalo School on Phillips Hollow Road, in Sumner Co. Tenn. The date is not known, but is believed to be about 1901 or 1902.

Only four of the children have been identified:

First row--3rd child from the right is Emory Hilous Cox, Becky Campbell's dad
3rd row with the 3 little girls is: (L to R) 1st girl is Audrey Duncan [Outlaw] , 3rd girl is Eunice Franklin Cox.
Last row.. tall boy in white shirt on right side is Eddie Alford Cox.

Emory Hilous Cox, Eunice Cox, and Eddie Cox are siblings. Audrey Duncan is a cousin.
