Know all men by their presents that we Margaret Neely and Isaac Bledsoe and George Dawson Blackmore of the County of Sumner and Territory aforesaid _________ affirmed are held firmly bound unto the Governor of the Said Territory His successors in office in the sum of One Thousand Pounds to be paid to the said William Blount or his successors in office for the time being, for which payment will and truly to be made and done. We bind ourselves forebearers, Executors, and Administrators jointly and firmly by their presents Sealed and dated this 4th day of April 1791.
The condition of this obligation is such that if the above bound Margaret Neely Administratrix of all singular the Goods and Chattles rights credits of Alexander Neely deceased do make or cause to be made a true and perfect Inventory of all and singular the goods and chattles rights and credits of the said deceased which have or shall come into the hands, knowledge, or possession of the said Margaret Neely, or into the hands or possession of any person or persons for her and the same so made do exhibit or cause to be exhibited into our court one atttested copy thereof within ninety days after the date of their presents. And the same Goods Chattles and credits. And all other the Goods and chattles and credits of the deceased at the time of his death which at any time hereafter shall come into the hands or possession of the said Margaret Neely or into the hand or possession of any other person or persons for her and do will and testify Administrators according to law and further do make a cause to be made a has and account of all the said Administation within Two years after the date of these then present, And all the real and _____ ____ of the said Goods and chattles and credits which shall be found remaining upon the said administration account, the same being first examined and allowed, shall deliver and pay unto such person or persons respectively as the same shall become our _____________ to the true intent and meaning of an act of assembly in that case made and processed, and if it shall at any time appear that any will or testament was made by the deceased and the Executor or Executors therein named do exhibit the same in Court making request to have it allowed and approved of accordingly, If the said Margaret Neely above bound being _____ unto request do render and deliver the said letters of Administration approbation of such testament being first had and made in the said Court then this obligation to be void else to remain in full force and virtue.
