Twelve months after sale the promise to pay or cause to be paid unto William Mansey & James Douglass Guardians to the Heirs of Henry Loving. Decd. The just and full [sum?] of Eighty nine dollars & 21 cents for Value Recd of them given under our hands and seals this 9th day of April 1803.

Know all men by these presents that we John Josey and John Orr are held firmly bound unto Edward Crutcher Sheriff of Sumner County in the penal sum of one Hundred Seventy eight dollars forty two cents to be void on condition that John Josey make his personal appearance at the next court to be held for said County at the court house in the town of Gallatin on the third Monday in June next then there to answer William Mancy & James Douglass Guardians to the heirs of Henry Loving decd of a plea then & there render to them the sum of eighty nine dollars twenty one cents which to them they owe & from them unjustly detain to there damage fifty dollars and not depart without [leaving said] Court. Witness our hands & seals this 25th day of May 1804

Know all men by these presents that we Henry Vinson and James Perry are held & firmly bound unto Edward Crutcher Sheriff of Sumner County in the penal sum of one hundred and [ ] eight dollars forty two cents to be void on condition that Henry Vinson make his personal appearance at the next court to be held at the town of Gallatin on the third Monday in [] next then & there to [answer?] William Mancy and James Douglass Guardians to the heirs of Henry Loving [ ] said court [ ] day of June 1804.
