administrator of the estate of William ASKEY .......that Nelson LONG return before me in the
30th January last given under my hand and seal this 15 May 1829, J HOGAN JP
State of Tennessee Sumner County to any lawful officer to secure & return JOHN ASKEY to the
estate of William Askey.....before some justice of the peace for ...county to answer Nelson LONG
in a plea of above due by acct for four dollars given under my hand this 26 January 1829 J. Hogan

have before been to make return to Elisha Askey, Polly Askey, Coly (?) Lewis?, Coly Askey,
Howel Lewis, her Husband, Nancy Askey Washington Askey, Leonard Askey heirs at law
of the late William ASKEY to be ....appear before the court of pleas
