I, Richard Johnson of Sumner County, State of Tennessee, being in ____perfect mind and memory _____unto God ___and Calling to mind the uncertainty of this present life do hereby make this my last will and testament after giving my soul to God who gave it with never failing joys of immortality and as to what I now possess of my temporal estate which it has please God to bestow upon me I give and bequeth unto my lawful children namedly George Mary Richard Benjamin Samuel ____ and the lawful heirs of Austin Johnson, David, Nathan Andrew and Sally all the money that I should have two notes calling for money and all dues of every description to be equally divided among my named children and the heirs of Austin Johnson, making eleven shares after all my debts being paid and thereby _____. My son benjamin Johnson and L. M Woodson executors of this my last will and testament in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this 19th day of January 1848
