John Austin Anderson (son of James M. Anderson & Elizabeth Hudson Nimmo) was born October 8, 1826 in Sumner County, Tennessee. John died December 26, 1871 in Sumner County, Tennessee.

John married Sarah "Sally" Austin on December 30, 1849 in Sumner County, Tennessee. Sarah "Sally" Austin (Daughter of Dickerson D. Austin & Sally Hall) was born December 20, 1828 in Tn. She died December 24, 1877, probably in Sumner Co. Tn.

After the death of John Austin Anderson, Sarah Austin-Anderson married William Alfred Butt on September 17, 1877 in Sumner County, Tennessee. William Alfred Butt (son of John Swearington C. Butt & Nancy Wright) was born July 30, 1812 in Rockingham Co., North Carolina. William died May 7, 1892 in Simpson County, Kentucky.

Lee Lucillus Gant and Johnetta I. "Johnnie" Anderson were married August 26, 1886 in Sumner County, Tennessee. Lee Lucillus Gant (son of James Abram Gant & Sophia Rippy) was born March 17, 1868 in Sumner County, Tennessee. He died February 26, 1928 in Collin County, Texas. Lee and Johnetta are both buried at Wylie Cemetery in Collin County, Texas.
