consideration of the sum of Three Hundred and Seventy Five Dollars ($375.00) .
. .paid, P. C. Fisher and wife, Emma Fisher, as follows

receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, We, A. J. Fisher, wife Kate Fisher,
Clifton Fisher & Lawrence Hall, W. R. Fisher and wife, B. L. Fisher, R. K.
Lassiter and wife, Kate Lassiter, J. S. Bruce and wife, L. C. Bruce, have
bargained and sold, and do hereby transfer and convey unto P. C. Fisher and
wife, Emma Fisher, the following described land in 6th Civil
District Sumner County, State of
Tennessee, Bound as follows:
North M. G. Lassiter, East by L & N Pike, South by Sis Hall, South
by Sis Hall, containing seven and three quarters acres, more or less.
To have and to hold
the said lands with the improvements and appurtenances therein belonging to the
said P. C. Fisher and wife, Emma Fisher, their heirs and assigns forever, and
we covenant with the said P. C. Fisher and wife, Emma Fisher that we are
lawfully seized of said land, have a good right to convey it, and that it is
unencumbered, and we do further covenant
and bind our heirs and representatives to warrant and forever defend the title
to said property to the said P. C. Fisher and wife, Emma Fisher, their heirs
and assigns, against the lawful claims of all persons.
