This indenture this fifth day of June ___the year of our lord one thousand seven hundred and
ninety
five & nineteenth year of American independence between David Wilson of Sumner County &
territory south of the Ohio of the one part & James Wilson of the same county and territory of the
other part witnesseth that the said David Wilson for and in consideration of the sum of one
hundred & twenty dollars to him in hand paid doth hereby convey bargain & sell & by these
presents hath conveyed bargained & sold ____ the said David his heirs assign _____ or parcel of
land containing one hundred & ninety acres be the same more or less lying & bearing in the
county
aforesaid on Indian creek bearing part of ____ originally granted to the said David by letters
patent
bearing date May the 20th 1793 beining as follows (___) at a sugar tree in Henry Houdyshells
east boundary line thence north one hundred & sixty six polls to two poplars then west two
hundred and seven poles to a stake thence north thirty nine poles to a stake in Henry Lovings
south boundary then east three hundred & nineteen poles to a hickory Lovings corner thence
south
two hundred and six poles to a stake thence to the beginning to have & to hold the aforesaid one
hundred and Ninety acres of land with all its appurtenances rights & privileges to the same
belonging unto the said James his heirs & assigns forever & the said David doth for himself his
heirs executors ___ covenent to the said James his heirs & assigns forever to warrant & defend
the above described land & ____ _____claim of all persons whatever . In witness where of he the
said David has set his hand & affixed his seal the day & year first above written. Signed &
delivered in presence of
