I John BOREN of Sumner County and State of Tennessee, Planter, being of a sound disposing mind and memory, do make and ordain this my last will and testament in manner and form following: Imprimens: I will that all the debts I shall owe to any person or persons at the time of my decease shall be well and truly paid and discharged within convenient time out of my personal estate.

Item:
I give the use profit and income of all my whole estate both real and personal unto my well beloved wife Sarah BOREN during her widowhood, and in case she should marry again I will that she should have bed & furniture and one half all _ furniture the next I will that my beloved daughter Margaret should have one bed and bedstead and furniture one cow & calf and one saddle, then to my beloved daughter Rebecca one bed & bedstead and furniture one cow & calf and one saddle which I consider to be their part of my estate. The balance of my estate at my wife's death to be equally divided between the rest of my children, this I do make and ordain my last will and testament, disannulling all former ones. In witness hereunto I set my hand this 27th of August 1814.

The last will and testament of John BOREN dec'd was exhibited in court for probate and the same was thereupon duly proved by the oath of Mathew BOREN and William BOREN two of the subscribing witnesses thereunto and them being my Executor or Executrix named in said last will and Testament on motion of said _ _ . It is orderedy by the Court that Admins of _ in _ to this Said Will ___ delivered to the said widow._________________________________.
