My mother and my aunt purchased the monument several years ago and decided for personal reasons to have it inscribed as they did. “Sheffey” was left off because there were bad feelings in the family toward my Grandfather Sheffey, who was felt to have abandoned Winnie shortly before she gave birth to my mother and subsequently died as a result of childbirth.\u201d TS<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
