I am reasonable certain that the two unlabeled stones at the southeast corner of the Light Cemetery are those of Joshua Pierce and his wife Deborah Dove. John Pierce (b.1810; d.1853) was the youngest son of Joshua and Deborah; William, husband of Elizabeth [Smith] (b. 1788) was their oldest son; a middle son, Joshua, Jr., moved to Illinois where he was killed in a fight in 1835.”

Located at the end of Old Moreland Drive in the Long Island section of Kingsport, Sullivan County, Tennessee.
