Adjacent to the Colonial Heights United Methodist Church, at 631 Lebanon Road in Kingsport, Tennessee. The cemetery grounds are clean and well-kept. The sign at the entrance reads “Colonial Heights United Methodist Church” and underneath, “Mt. Lebanon Cemetery.” There are a number of graves marked with plain fieldstones and many unmarked graves.
