George Washington Lockhart Family

This is the George Washington Lockhart family.  George b. 1854 d. 1934 was orphaned at an early age and was raised by George Washington Bell, parents unknown.  George m. Lou Ella Bell b. 1835 in Stewart County d. 1934, daughter of George Washington Bell.  Shown in the picture is six of their seven children.  Children were J. Madison b. 1875, Ada b. 1878, Beulah b. 1884, Hershell b. 1887, Hixie b. 1891, Leonard b. 1894 & John b. 1897.  The only one beside George & Lou Ella I know for sure is Hixie (back row, second girl from left).  Hixie m. (1) Jack L. Baggett, Sr in 1915, Jack died in 1916 and Hix m. Will H. Freeman.  The first girl back row on the left is Ada and the first girl first row left is Beulah (who m. Wm. Henry Bobo). Picture was taken 1910-1915.
