This photo was supposedly taken in 1923 on the occasion of Desmond Hargis' (b. 1856, d.1932) birthday. The second image has each individual numbered, and the last images are photo ID lists so almost everyone in the photo can be identified. The identifications were made by Emma Hargis Smith (she is a daughter of Desmond and is in the photo). Hargis, Hinson, Fentress, Williams and Robertson are some of the surnames found in the photo.
