Transcriber Notes:
According to Bonnie Chappell
at the Smith County Library there is no valid will that
went with the probate record
in Will Book C, page 120 and that is all there is.
She was told that the
terminology administrator stipulates that the person
(George Gregory) died
intestate which means there was no valid will.
Pat Bush
asked to have the will
copied and that is what she was told.
Bonnie quotes "It's a little
hard for me to believe that
there isn't at least a court record giving Jerry Gregory the
position as administrator. I
do know that you usually have the word executor when
a will is
probated." Who was this George
Gregory ?
