In the name of God Amen. I Patrick Donoho of Smith County and state of Tennessee to make and declare this my last will and testament in manner and form following. First I resign my soul into the hands of Almighty God, hoping and believing in a remission of my sins by the merits and mediation of Jesus Christ and my body I commit to the earth to be buried at the discretion of my executor hereinafter named and my worldly estate I give and devise as follows. First I give and devise to my beloved wife Martha Donoho all my land on the east side of Goose Creek, my dwelling house, household and kitchen furniture, farm and all the improvement together with the farming utensils and one Negro man named Ben, horses, cattle, hogs and sheep with al my stock of every kind of her use and benefit during her natural lifetime or widowhood. I give and devise to my youngest daughter Edney Donoho one bed and furniture, one cow and calf. I also will that all my land of the same track on the west side of the said Goose Creek after my decease to be sold also one black horse and after all my just debts is paid, I will the balance of the profits arising from the said sale be equally divided between my beloved wife and six children, and after the death of my beloved wife, Martha Donoho, my will is that all the property belonging to the said estate be sold and equally divided between my bodily heirs, Henry W. Donoho, E.C.F. Donoho, Margnes L. Donoho, Sinthey H. Wright, Leathey G. Wright, Edney P. Donoho. I hereby appoint my beloved wife with Margnes L. Donoho my son as sole executrix of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made, in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the 14th day of March in the year of our Lord, 1835.

Then the execution of the above last will and testament of P. Donoho deceased was duly proven in open court by the oaths of Wm. C. Bransford and R. Barrow subscribing thereto and on motion ordered to be recorded.
