Annie L. Shaver 19 Oct 1867 -- 5 Dec 1883
" An indescribable gloom fell like a pall on community yesterday at the
announcement of the untimely death at Maple Hill Academy of Annie, the
seventeen year old daughter, and only child , of W.R. and Mrs. Lou Shaver
of this vicinity. She was buried today in the family graveyard and, not
withstanding it rained continously, her bier was surrounded by a vast
