He was 74. He was born in Chattanooga, Tenn., to the late <strong>Clyde and Pauline Bowman.<\/strong> He served his country in the U.S. Air Force and retired from Corely Manufacturing, where he was a welder for 35 years. He was of the Protestant faith and a member of the D.A.V. He was preceded in death by his nephew, <strong>Larry Randall Crook<\/strong>. Survivors include his wife, <strong>Wanda Bowman<\/strong>; daughters, <strong>Terri Johnston<\/strong> and <strong>Trisha Bowman<\/strong>, both of Chickamauga; grandson, <strong>Jeremy Johnston<\/strong>; great-granddaughter, <strong>Ariana<\/strong>; sister, <strong>Mary Crook<\/strong> of Dunlap, Tenn.; nephews, <strong>Gary Lomenick<\/strong> and <strong>Tony Crook<\/strong>. Services: Tuesday, Aug. 2, at 2 p.m., at Chattanooga Veterans National Cemetery. Online register book at www.wilsonfuneralhome.com.
