The first picture is of "The Natchez" in
1876, the eighth boat by that name, docked in beautiful Vicksburg,
Mississippi, in 1900. Its captain was Blanche Leathers.

This massive chair was presented
to Captain T.P. Leathers in 1879, in Cincinnati.
It is now on display at the Old Court
House Museum- Eva W. Davis Memorial in Vicksburg,
Mississippi. |
