Isaac H. Haynes was born March 24, 1825 in Tennessee.  He was the son of Everett B. Haynes and Sarah Nance. 

On the 1850 Census of Rutherford County, Isaac is shown in the household with his father Everett (age 48), his stepmother Lucinda (age 47), and apparently a younger brother, Jno W.  from the marriage of Everett and Lucinda (age 7).

Isaac was issued a license to marry Tabitha J. Beesley on July 21, 1850.  Their marriage was solemnized on August 22, 1850 by John Lane, M.G. (see Rutherford County Marriage Records of 1850--Book 3A, Page 76).  Tabitha was the daughter of Durant Beesley and Harriet Blackman.  She was born October 19, 1827 in Tennessee.

From this union there were five children,

* Benjamin J. Haynes, born July 07, 1851
* Sarah Hattie Haynes, born October 19, 1857
* John Washington Haynes, born December 04, 1859
* Thomas Beesley Haynes, born April 17, 1862

Isaac died April 01, 1862 (or 1872) and Tabitha died October 18, 1888.
