of the love and affection which he hath for his wife Nancy and his Sons Moses,
James, John, William, Samuel, Anderson, Matthew, Alfred and his daughters
Elizabeth and Mary Gibson; and for and in consideration of the Sum of one
dollar to him in hand paid by the said John Bellah, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, hath this day granted, bargained & sold, and
by thiese presents doth grant, bargain, sell, alien [ ], convey and deliver

the said John Bellah is authorized and empowered to sell so much of the above

negroes and apply the hire to the support and maintence of my wife and children
as above or if he thinks best he may place the said negroes upon some
