Daniel Corkran (son of William Corkran and Charity Spencer) was born 1 Feb 1803, he died 2 June 1888. Daniel married abt. 1833 to Theodocia Payne (daughter of Warren and Elizabeth Payne). She was born 5 November 1811 in Sumner/Robertson County TN. Theodocia died 25 Feb 1855 in Sumner County. She is buried with her son in a small plot about 1/4 mile northeast of the John Payne homeplace. The cemetery is called the Corkran Cemetery.

6. William Dixon was born 20 Oct 1847 in Sumner County. He married Amelia Head. William died 13 Oct 1913. He is buried at Maple Hill Cemetery in Sumner County TN.

7. John W. was born 16 Apr 1851 in Sumner County. He died 1 Apr 1866 Sumner Co TN. He is buried with his mother at the Corkran Cemetery.
