         This Indenture made this Sixth Day of May in the year of our lord one thousand eight hundred and Twelve, Between David Rounseville of the County of Robertson and State of Tennessee of the one part and James Long of the County of Robertson and State aforesaid of the other part.
         Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the Sum of three hundred and Twelve Dollars, Lawful Money of the United States to the said Ronsville in hand paid by the said Long the Receipt and payment of which is hereby fully acknowledged and him the said Ronsaville there with fully paid & satisfied have given granted bargained sold firmly and by these present depose grant bargain sell convey and confirm unto him the Said James Long his heirs and assigns forever all that certain tract or parcel of Land containing ninety four acres more or less Situated lying and being in Robertson County and State of Tennessee on Sulpher fork of Red River and is bounded as follows (to wit) Beginning at a Hickory Humphery Hogan North boundary runs one hundred and ninety six poles crossing Sulpher fork to an Iron wood the south bank of sd fork then with said Creek South 50 East twenty poles, then with sd Creek North 80 East thirty Six poles to a beach at the foot of said Bluff eighteen poles to a hornbeam then N10E crossing Karrs Creek twenty poles to the end of the Second bank of said Sulpher fork then with said Second Branch N20W twenty four poles to a beach thence N10E with said bank ninety six poles to the Sulpher fork at a red bank thence thirty five poles to Hogans North Boundary, then with said Hogans Line to the beginning, being part of a Tract of Granted to Humphrey Hogan the Right and title of which said Land and premises as heretofore Described with every part and parcel thereof he the said Ronseville due form was warrant and defend free from his heirs and assigns forever, as well as from himself or any others or persons whatever unto the only proper use and behoof of him the said James Long and his heirs and assigns forever in Testimony whereof the said David Ronsaville hath hereunto set my hand and Seal this Day & Date first above written.
