Know all men by these presents that we Caty Payne, James Payne, Gideon Payne, Solomon Payne, John Summerville, Warren Payne and David West of the County of Robertson and the State of Tennessee in consideration of the sum of three hundred and eighty four dollars to us in hand paid by Enoch Holeman of the County and State aforesaid the right whereof is hereby acknowledged have remitted, released and forever quit claim and do by these presents remit, release and forever quit claim unto the said Enoch Holeman his heirs and assigns forever a certain tract or parcel of land joining the tract on which Joseph Payne Dec'd lived before his death containing ninety six acres and ten poles and bounded as follows, Beginning at a black oak an mulberry thence north forty three poles to a honey locust thence up the

To have and to hold the same together with all the premises and appurtenances thereunto belonging to him the sd. Enoch Holeman his heirs and assigns forever.
