         This Indenture made this 10th day of April 1805 between Jesse Golden of the County of Robertson & State of Tennessee of the one part & John Young of the County and State aforesaid of the other part, Witnesseth that the said Jesse Golden for & in consideration of twenty dollars to him in hand paid by John Young before the sealing & delivering of these presents, the receipt and payment whereof is hereby acknowledged, he the said Jesse Golden doth bargain & sell, aline _____ off & convey unto the said John Young his heirs & C.. forever, a piece or parcel of land in the County of Robertson, on the Waters of Red River, situate, lying and being as follows, viz. Beginnning at a black oak Young’s & Tramels corner, runs North to Jesse Golden’s East ____________ line to a stake, thence East to a white oak, thence South seventy five poles to a red oak & gum, thence South 68 West one hundred poles to the Beginning Containing by estimate fifty acres more or less, which the said parcel of land with all ___________ woods, ______________ & everyother appurtenances thereunto belonging or appertaining, & the said Jesse Golden for himself his heirs & C doth hereby covenant & promise to & with the said John Young his heirs & C that he the said Jesse Golden his heirs & C shall & will warrant & forever defend the said piece or parcel of land with all & every of its numbers and appurtenances fee simple from all lawful claims of any person or persons whatsoever unto the said John Young his heirs & assigns forever. In witness whereof the said Jesse Golden doth hereunto set his hand & seal, the day & date above written.
