         This Indenture made this sixth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred fifteen Between William Gilbert and Nancy Price the two appointed Executors of John Price Deceased of the County of Davidson and State of Tennessee of the one part and John Mitchell of the County of Robertson and State aforesaid of the other part. Witnesseth that for and in Consideration of the sum of one hundred and five dollars in hand paid unto the said William Gilbert and Nancy Price the wife and payment whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted, bargained, sold, conveyed and confirmed and by these presents doth grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto the Said John Mitchell his heirs and assigns forever all the Right and title of John Price Deceased of a certain tract of Land containing one hundred acres Lying and being in the County of Robertson aforesaid on Calebs Creek, a branch of the Sulpher Fork of Red River. Butted and bounded as follows to wit, Beginning at a poplar and two black gums about sixty yards above Ramseys trace Run north 41 degrees seventeen poles then north 27 degrees East sixty one poles to Calebs Creek then north 80 degrees west sixteen poles then north 63 degrees west thirty six poles to a Stake at the lower end of a bottom opposite Caleb Winters house then East one hundred and seventy eight poles to a stake then South one hundred and fifteen poles to a Stake then West one hundred and forty four poles to a Stake then North twenty one poles to the Beginning being a part of a tract of six hundred and forty acres granted by the State of North Carolina to Robert Nelson appertenances thereunto belonging and every part and parcel thereof and all writs, issues, services and profits to them or either of them belonging or appertaining to ha e and to hold the said Land and premisces hereby granted with the appertenances unto John Mitchel his heirs and assigns to the only proper use and behalf of him the said John Mitchell his heirs and assigns forever and we the said William Gilbert and Nancy Price for ourselves do warrant and defend the Right and title of John Price Deceased his heirs and assigns unto the said John Mitchel his Heirs and assigns forever, In witness whereof the said William Gilbert and Nancy Price hath hereunto set our hand and fixed our Seals this the day and year above written.
