I J. D. Arnold of the County of Robertson State of Tenn. Dist. No. 2 have this day bargained and Sold and do hereby transfer and Convey to William Cunningham of Said County and State a certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in Said County and State containing 129 achers more or less and bounded as follows, beginning on a hickory on the Spring bluff running North 94 poles to Stone, Thence East 39 poles to a stake or Stone, Thence South 56 poles to a Stone in the (____), Thence West 90 poles to a hickory in a (_____) Thence north (complete line missing) Thence E. S. Howards original corner, Still West 46 1/2 poles to a rock in the old field. Thence North 24 poles to a post oak, Thence East with Babbs line 81 1/2 poles to a Stump and pointers, Babb's corner, Thence South 53 degree E. 24 1/2 to a White, Thence South 11 poles to the beginning. For the sum and consideration of Seventeen hundred dollars in hand paid to have and to hold, his heirs and assigns forever, and bind myself, heirs and assigns to warrant and defend the title of Same to Said Cunningham and his heirs forever, I doo further covinent with The Said Cunningham That I am fully Seized of Said land and have a good rite to Convey the same This July the 19th, 1869.

Rose, Subscribing Witnesses to the attached Deed who being first duly Sworn depose and Say That They are personally acquainted with the above Named J. D. Arnold, The bargainer and That he acknowledged the Same in their presence to be his act and deed for the purposes Therein Contained.
