In the name of God, Amen
I peter Winn of Robertson County and state of Tennessee being weak in body but of sound mind and memory do make and ordain this my last will and Testament.
First my will and desire that all of my stock of horses Cattle and hogs be sold and if my executor here after named find it will be sufficient to pay all my just debts that he sell no more but if not sufficient that he proceed to sell such other property as may be sufficient for the above purpose.
Secondly my will and desire that my wife Orpha Winn have the use of my land and all other property that remains unsold during her natural life the better to enable her to rear my children and after her death that the same be equally divided between my three daughters Sarah Ann M. Wynn, Letty M. J. Winn and Manuela, T. A. Wynn {sic} & lastly I hereby appoint William Masten my executor to this my last will and Testament Given under my hand and seal this 25th of Aug 1830
