         I Elizabeth West consort of Elijah West decd do publish this my Last Will and Testament revoking and making void all Wills made by me at any time.
         First, I will and bequeath to my two daughters to wit Mary Ann & Wineford West all my lands that I may die possessed of which one left to me by my husband E. West, and also all of my household and kitchen furniture and all stock which may be on the farm and all farming implements and all money that I may possessed of this the first day of July 1873.

Robertson County Court August Term 1874.
         The foregoing Last Will and Testament of Elizabeth West decd was produced in open Court for probate and duly proven by W. J. Murphy and W. R. Randolph subscribing witness thereto the Count therefore declared said paper writing to be the Last Will and Testament of Elizabeth West decd and ordered the same to be recorded.
