In the name of God amen March 23rd 1806.
         I George Pool of Robertson County and State Tennessee, being in health and perfect mind & memory, knowing it is appointed for all men once to die. Do make & ordain this to be my last Will & Testament, in manner & form following (to wit) and for the disposing of any Worldly Estate which it hath pleased God to bless me with in this life, I dispose of in the following manner.
         First of all I desire all my just debts be paid and truly satisfied by my Executors here after named (to wit) First I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Chloe Pool all my Worldly Estate and effects of what kind or nature seems such as Negroes, lands. Horses, cattle, sheep & hogs, household furniture, working tools of every kind, and all corn all manner of worthy sustenance and effects that I am now or hereafter may be possessed with to the only use and behoof of said Chloe Pool (to wit) Secondly I leave and bequeath to Micajah Pool son of Thomas Pool the sum of Five Shillings Sterling to be paid him said Micajah Pool son of Thomas Pool by my executors six months after my decease, I also constitute and appoint my beloved wife Chloe Pool & Thomas Dorris my Executrix and Executor of this my last Will and Testament. Hereby revoking all and disannulling all other Wills and Conditions Executor or Executors & do declare this only to be my last Will and Testament.

         Robertson County Court August Term 1806, the widow of which the above is a copy was proven in open Court by the whole of the subscribing witnesses and ordered to be recorded.
