I Sary Newton do make and publish this as my last will and testament herby revoking and making void all other wills by me at any time made
First i direct that my funeral Expenses and all my just debts be paid as soon after my death as posible out of any moneys that i may die Possessed of or may first come into the hands of my Executor
Seckondly, i give and Bequeath to William W. Newton one fether Bed and stid consisting of counterpin Blanket and quilt
thirdly i bequeath to Elizabeth Ann Newton one Buraiu one new Counterpin and red stare quilt
Fourthly I Bequath to [Nanceyan] Newton one Cide saddle
Fiffthly i Bequath to Anderson Newton one Red Stare quilt not quilted
Sixetly i Bequeathe to Caroline Newton one new checed cotton Dress one new Calico Dress one new corded counter pin one new cotton quilt
Seventhly i Bequath to Eliza an Edwards one Red chect shall
Eightly i Bequath to Nancy Stark two calico Dresses
Ninthly i bequeath to Mary Heart Newton one candle stan one trunk one shugar chist and all the Rest of my property that i have not gave away Except my nots [I believe she means notes as in loan notes]
Tenthly i Bequath to John Newton my Nots after all Expenses is Paid
Lastly i do heby nominate and appoint Miles Draughon as my Executor in witness whereof I do to this my will set my hand and seal this the 21 day of April 1852
