         As it is apointed ___________ for all men to day, I Thomas Byrd who is in a low state of Health tho in perfect mind and Reason, do make this my last Will & Testament. To my dearly beloved wife Jane Byrd I do will & bequeath all my property which I now pofsefs during her life and it is now my desire after her decease that what she leaves to be equally divided amongst my Children; Where unto I set my hand and Seal this Sixth day of January 1805.
