We the undersigned having been summoned and sworn by the sherrif of the County aforesaid jurors to lay off and allot to Tabitha KING widow of Benjamin KING Dec'd her dower in the real estate of said Benjamin KING Dec'd land procured to lay off the dower in the following manner, To wit, Beginning at a sassafras the north west corner of said tract running south 96 poles to a double Dogwood then east 100 poles to pointers thence north 36 poles to a Dogwood thence east 50 poles to a stake in the original line thence north 60 poles to Poplar thence west 250 poles to the Beginning containing 782 2/3 acres given under our hands this 4th day of April 1822.
