Oct Term 1858 Robertson Co Court – “Elijah EUBANK is by the court appointed guardian to Mary C and F H EUBANK he and his securities Jas EUBANK & J M WRIGHT executed and acknowledged bond in open court in the sum of six thousand dollars conditioned as the Law directs. Bond executed 4 Oct 1858. Recorded by clerk - 8 June 1859

In May 1875 a judgment made to attach this mill for money owed to estate & in particular James EUBANK In Sept 1877 - $32 93/100 plus cost awarded to James EUBANK.
