Twenty acres and 119 poles of land and the twelfth part of nine Negroes, three of women, one by the name of Celia about fifty years old, one by the name of Sarah about twenty years old, one by name of Louisa about twenty five years old, Six children, one by name Jim five years old, one by name John five years old, one by name Elizabeth two years old, one by name Ann two years old, one by name of Reuben twelve days old and one by name Lewis ten years old, also said deceased interest in the hire of said slaves etc now in the hands of Daniel Mulloy, Administrator of A. B. Young deceased, the said A. B. Young being the guardian for said Annis Payne deceased. Will when money collected will be accounted for.
