By our investigation we found Bro Ben Pond guilty of drunkenness and other conduct that is not becoming for a Christian. The above report is based upon facts, therefore as your comt. recommend the exclusion of Bro Pond from the church.

Feb 24, The Pleasant Hill Church met in conference on Saturday before the 4th Sunday in Feb 1884. Services by J. W. Swan, doors opened for the reception of members, no one came forward. It was suggested that the members be present the 4th Saturday in April 1884 for the purpose
