we the undersigned committee having been assigned by the
Church at Pleasant Hill at the June conference to draw up some resolutions on
the rededication and use of our Church House, Therefore we beg to present the
following resolutions, that our Church shall be dedicated to the Baptist at
Pleasant Hill. 2nd that it shall be used for the worship of God by the
preaching of the gospel, prayer meetings, Sunday School and suggests that we
should also recommend that we extend our Christian courtesy to all other, all
other (_____) denominations in the preaching of the gospel of the Lord and
Christ in our House at any time. When it is not accepted by our (___) we also
recommend that the Church kindly and respectfully ask all persons to (_____)
(_________) the house (____) and as far as possible all of which we submit, no

the second Sunday in Oct 1894, service by Rev. T. W. Willis, doors opened to
receive members and sister Naomi Bell Phillips came forward and joined by
experience. by motion and sec the Church and School house were to both use the
word on the Church ground. And on Sunday we met at the waters and baptized
sister Naomi Bell Phillips, Bro Willis resigned his position as Pastor for the
ensuing years, There being no other business conference closed.
