{"id":794,"date":"2012-04-01T10:10:54","date_gmt":"2012-04-01T15:10:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tngenweb.org\/rhea\/?p=794"},"modified":"2012-04-01T10:10:54","modified_gmt":"2012-04-01T15:10:54","slug":"leffew-aunt-hulda-1957","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tngenweb.org\/rhea\/leffew-aunt-hulda-1957\/","title":{"rendered":"LEFFEW, Aunt Hulda (1957)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em><strong>Appeared in &#8220;The Dayton Herald&#8221; dated May 9, 1957:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Thursday, May 9, 1957: Mrs. Joe (Aunt Hulda) Leffew, 74, died early Thursday morning, May 2, at her home in Morgantown.\u00a0 She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Vesta Crawley of Chattanooga; three sons, Walter of Ooltewah, Jim of Dayton, and Chester of North Ridgeville, Ohio;\u00a0 five brothers, Noah, Tom, Bob Carraway of Dayton, W.F. of Sale Creek; and Ed Carraway of Battle Creek, Michigan; four sisters, Mrs. Earl Suttles, Mrs. Hattie Filyaw\u00a0and Mrs. Boss Mitchell of Dayton; &amp; Mrs. Robert Leffew\u00a0of Daisy; 36 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.\u00a0 Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon from the Dayton Church of God with the Rev. C. M Newman and the Rev. George Wilkey\u00a0officiating.
