\nand confirm unto the said John McELWEE<\/strong> his heirs and assigns forever a\u00a0certain track or parcel of land containing Two Hundred acres lying and being in\u00a0the County of Rhea on the North Side of Tennessee Rover on the North Eat Side\u00a0of Piney River<\/em> near the old ford. Beginning on a Whiteoak & Red Elm,\u00a0Thence running North Thirty East Two Hundred Poles to Two Poplars. Thence North\u00a0Seventy West One Hundred and Sixty Poles to a Red Oak and Henary. Thence South\u00a0Thirty West Two Hundred to a Red Oak & White Oak in the flats of Piney\u00a0<\/em>Thence South Seventy east One hundred and Sixty Poles to the Beginning. With\u00a0all and Singular the woods, Ways, Waters, Water courses, Profits, Commodities,\u00a0Hereditements and appurtenances whatsoever to the said Tract of land belonging\u00a0or in any ways appertaining, and the reversion and reversions, remainder and
