Book F, Page\u00a038<\/p>\n<p>This Indenture made this 20 day of march in\u00a0the year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and Fifteen between <strong>Matthew\u00a0Neal<\/strong> of the one part, and <strong>Nicholas Neal<\/strong> of the other part,\u00a0witnesseth, that for and in consideration of the sum of five hundred dollars to<br \/>\nthe said <strong>Matthew Neal<\/strong> in hand paid by the said <strong>Nicholas Neal<\/strong> at\u00a0or before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipts whereof he\u00a0doth hereby acknowledge and he the said <strong>Matthew Neal<\/strong> hath granted, bargained, sold, aliened and confirmed, and by these presents did grant bargain, sell and confirm unto the said <strong>Nicholas Neal<\/strong> and his heirs a certain tract or\u00a0parcel of land, situated lying and being in the County of Rhea and State of\u00a0Tennessee, bounded as follows, to wit: Beginning on the Northwest fork of <em>Camp<br \/>\nCreek <\/em>on a White Oak, running North thirty degrees West thirty six poles to\u00a0a White Oak and Hickory; then North forty seven degrees West seventy two poles\u00a0to two dogwoods and hickory at the head of a Spring on <strong>Donelsons<\/strong> old\u00a0line; then North thirty degrees East with said old line two hundred poles to a\u00a0Black Oak and post oak being <strong>Abram Majors<\/strong> corner; then South sixty four\u00a0degrees East forty eight poles &#8211; oak and hickory on the North side of a small\u00a0branch; then South thirty seven degrees East sixty four poles to an Ash and<br \/>\npoplar on the North branch of <em>Camp Creek<\/em> at the mouth of said small\u00a0branch; From hence up the different meanders of <em>Camp Creek<\/em> to a Cherry\u00a0Tree on the North bank of said Creek then crossing the creek to a poplar at the\u00a0head of a Spring; then crossing the creek again to a dogwood and Spanish oak on\u00a0the North bank of said<em> Camp Creek<\/em>; thence with the different meanders of\u00a0said creek to the beginning containing one hundred and thirty one acres be the\u00a0same more or less. To have and to hold the lands here by conveyed and all and\u00a0singular other the premises here by bargained and sold and every part and\u00a0parcel thereof with their appurtenances unto the said <strong>Nicholas Neal,<\/strong> his\u00a0heirs and assigns forever to the only proper use and behoove of him the said <strong>Nicholas\u00a0Neal<\/strong> that at the time of the sealing and delivery of these present I, <strong>Matthew\u00a0Neal<\/strong> is possessed of a good sure and perfect and indefeasible estate of\u00a0inheritance in fee simple of and in the premises hereby bargained and sold, and\u00a0that he has good power and lawful and absolute authority to grant and convey\u00a0the same to the said <strong>Nicholas Neal<\/strong> in manner and form aforesaid. I will\u00a0warrant from me and my heirs forever and all persons claiming under me and my<br \/>\nheirs and against all person whatsoever lawfully claiming the same.
