This Deed, made the fourteenth day of April in the year of Our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifteen – Witnesseth that Matthew Neal<\/strong> of the county of Rhea and State of Tennessee for and in consideration of Two Hundred Dollars to him in hand paid by Abner Majors <\/strong>of the County and State aforesaid the receipts where of is here by acknowledged hath and by these presents doth grant bargain and sell unto the Said Abner Signed sealed and delivered\u00a0 Matthew Neal\u00a0<\/em><\/strong> {Seal}<\/p>\n in presence of Attest Jesse Roddge, <\/strong>Thomas (his mark X ) Majors<\/strong><\/p>\n State of Tennessee }October Sessions 1815 Rhea County<\/p>\n Jesse Roddge<\/strong> and Thomas Majors<\/strong> the subscribing witness to\u00a0 \u00a0the within Deed of Conveyance from Matthew Neal<\/strong> to Abner Majors for 79 \u00a0acres of land appeared in open Court and being sworn saith that they saw Matthew Neal<\/strong> sign seal and deliver the within Deed of Conveyance as his act and Deed for the purposes therein expressed where in pen it was admitted to record. \u00a0Let it be Registered on payment of the state Tax. \nMajors<\/strong> his heirs and assigns forever a certain tract of land containing Seventy Nine acres be the same more or less lying in Said Rhea County on Camp Creek<\/em> ~ Beginning at a White oak named A. C. on the South side of said Creek; Thence East sixty two poles to a stake between two white oaks and a Chestnut pointer; thence North thirty East twenty nine poles to a stake between two post oaks and a black oak pointer; thence North fifty five West two hundred and eleven poles to a stake near two marked black oak pointers; thence Souththirty West sixty eight poles to a post oak and black oak; thence South Sixty
\nfour East forty eight poles to a white oak near the branch; thence South thirty
\nseven East with the meanders of the branch sixty four poles to the mouth of
\nsaid branch; thence South fifty seven east to the beginning ~ being part of
\nGrant no. 223 of six hundred acres dated the 20th<\/sup> day of September \u00a01787 issued to Stockley Donelson,<\/strong> hereby conveying the aforesaid piece of land with the hereditaments and appurtenances rents and issues thereof and\u00a0 the estate, right, interest, title, property, claim and demand of him the said Matthew\u00a0 Neal<\/strong> of in or to the same either in law or equity, to have and to hold the\u00a0 said seventy nine acres of land unto the said Abner Majors<\/strong> his heirs and\u00a0 assigns forever, warranting the same against the legal title, claim and demand\u00a0 of all and every person and person whatsoever.
