{"id":1051,"date":"2013-11-10T09:31:37","date_gmt":"2013-11-10T15:31:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tngenweb.org\/rhea\/?p=1051"},"modified":"2013-11-10T09:31:37","modified_gmt":"2013-11-10T15:31:37","slug":"millard-william-1930","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tngenweb.org\/rhea\/millard-william-1930\/","title":{"rendered":"MILLARD, William (1930)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>From <em><strong>The Dayton Herald<\/strong><\/em> published Thursday, July 10, 1930:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>William Millard Drowns in River Near Decatur<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>William Millard, who has relatives living near Dayton and who was favorably known to many here, was drowned last Sunday afternoon in the Hiwassee river near Decatur.
