She owned 837 shares in preferred stock, 3348 shares common stock in Beare Ice Company in Jackson, organized in 1919, which she had inherited in the last will of W. H. Beare. At her demise this property went to R. L.  Beare, Mrs. Sallie Beare Cary, Mrs. Carrie Beare Mount, Mrs. Lui Beare Walker which bequests of her husband she now confirmed.  In her own right she owned 100 shares of 6% preferred stock and 900 shares in common stock in the Beare business which she directed to be divided among her husband, Thomas Dyke and nieces and nephews, Floyd Cary, William Orville Cary, Sarah Francis Cary, Robert T. Walker, Julian W. Walker, Mrs. Marie Walker

The farm owned by C. P. Waynick and himself and house and 2 acres he inheri­ted from sister Mary E. Daughter Kate Kirker might live there too and none pay rent and when sold proceeds divided equally among children Susie Bunton, Charlie Wright, Jennie Wright, Tena Wright, Noel Wright, Kate Kirker. To these six children her storehouse on Market /Highland Avenue/ Street, Jackson

Codicil dated June 4, 1934. Since she executed her will her daughter Susie J. Bunton had sold her 1/6 interest in her mother's estate to her sister Noel Wright. Witnesses: J. T. McCutchen, Lyda R. McCutchen.
