Resident of old Civil District 5, Madison County, Tennessee
To daughter, Lucille $500 having already given her $1500. All personalty to wife, Flora Bell Bond and his real estate. He had hired F. M. Patton, engineer, Jackson, to make blueprint plat of subdivision of his lands which was made a part of this will. Tract A, l00 acres, to son, F. A. Bond; Tract B, l00 acres, to son, J. P.  Bond; Tract C, l00 acres, to son, J. L. Bond; Tract D, l00 acres, to son, P. V. Bond. F. A. Bond, executor without making bond as such. Witnesses: C. B. bond, Mrs. Clara Ausban. /These tracts osten­sibly to these children after his wife's demise./
Codicils dated April 14, 1927 and January 21, 1928. Instead of giving son P. V. Bond 100 acres, he to have only 30 acres in tract D which with the 72 acres (tract E on plat) he’d already provided for him, making him 102 acres. The balance of 100 acres in tract D to sons, J. L., F. A., P. V. and J. P. Bond, equally. The sons were charged with $1000 they were to pay daughter Lucille Jones (revoking bequest of $500 to her). Witnesses: C. G. Bond, Mrs. Clara Ausban.
