All her real estate to daughter, Mary Ella Dungan, as long as she remained single and upon her death or marriage the land was to be equally divided among her heirs. "I have the greatest love and affection for each one of my children and have no desire to favor anyone of them above the others. But I feel that the circumstances are such that I should try to make every reasonable provision for my daughter, Mary Ellen Dungan who is a single woman, now about forty years of age and who has always lived with me and been of great service and help to me."  Daughter, Mrs. Nannie M. To brother, Douglass Sims $150; cousin, Lou Tichie Mitchell $50; husband, Henry Hoyle, rest of estate and he to serve as executor, and he was to sell her 2 2/3 acre lot in Milan and proceeds therefrom to go towards bequests to her brother and cousin, Lou Tichie Mitchell. To cousin, Mrs. Mary Thapre Hutchison all household goods and wearing apparel. $100 towards upkeep of lot in cemetery in Jackson where she was to be buried; from income of her estate, $25 a month to Harmon Hutchinson and Mrs. Mary T. Hutchinson. From proceeds of sale of her estate, $2000 to be used towards purchase of a residence for her cousins, Horace G. Utley and wife, Minnie Askew Utley. Henry H. Edenton, Alamo, Tenn., executor without making bond as such. After bequests made, balance of estate to Aged Minis­ters Relief Fund of Southern Baptist Convention. Witnesses: A. V. 82. ROBERT HINKLE, December 20, 1917-May 23, 1928
To beloved wife, Metta M. Hinkle, all personalty and residence in Jackson and life-interest in his 500 acre farm in Civil District 1, Hardin Co., Tenn., 126 acre tract in Saltillo, Tenn.; one farm in Decatur Co., Tenn. in its Civil District 11. Son, Donald Hinkle and Martha Hinkle to manage these farms until "Martha is 21 yrs. old" and then divide same. Wife and son, executors without making bond as such. Witnesses: J. E. Holland, L. B.  Bingham.
Robert Hinkle died in Saltillo, Tennessee, March 25, 1928.

83-84. Mrs. EUDORA ADELAID BARBEE NEBLETT, April 10, 1928-proven in Tisho­mingo County, Miss., in 1928.
Resident of Eupora, Miss.; aged 75 years
To sons, Fletcher Brooks, Robert Paine and John Horace, her farm, the Martin Cartmell place "out two miles and a half" from Jackson, Tenn. To daughter, Ada Neblett Duberry and daughter, Hattie Neblett Murrey, any money she had in Eupora Bank, Grenada Bank and Iuka Bank. To Ada and Hattie all her possessions in Iuka, including homestead, orchard, garden and negro cabin in northwest corner of the garden. To Ada her piano. Any money from Post Office Department, Washington, D. C., due H. G. Barbee, her father, to go to Ada and Hattie. 7 acres to Fletcher Brooks. 16 acres to Robert Paine Neblett. 25 acres to John Horace Neblett. No executor named. Witnesses:  C. W. McKnight, J. A. E. Pyle (sworn as to her handwriting).

To daughter, Virgie Deming $200 for "her services rendered my wife during her sickness and ill health." Rest of estate to son, Fred A. Deming and daughter, Leola Randolph, in trust, for his wife and after her death the estate to be divided among “all my children then living” or to their heirs. 89-90. Mrs. L. B. (SALLIE) SHELTON, May 3, 1928-July 11, 1928
She directed that a "modest tombstone" be placed at her grave. William Lanier was named as trustee for small fund for upkeep of her cemetery lot. To Mrs. Annie Willette and Miss May Buntin her undivided lot, 420 East Balti­more Street, Jackson and to Mrs. Willette her personalty. To Mrs. Ellen Leet personalty and "the portraits of my father and mother" and her grandparents. To Mrs. Lizzie Lanier personalty and picture of her two deceased children.  To J. W. Blackard the family Bible inherited from her father and rest of her estate to Miss May Buntin except $100 cash to J. Mat Buntin; $50 each  to Martin Willette, Robert W. Willette, Jr., James Willette (children of J. R. and Annie Willette). J. W. Blackard and William Lanier, executors without making bond as such. They were to sell her property at 425 So. Church St., Jackson, using proceeds to fill bequests and what was left over divided among her legal heirs named in the will. Witnesses: W. H. Edenton, Mrs. W. H.  Edenton.
Mrs. Sallie Shelton died July 6, 1928.

To wife, Elby Meek, estate for life and then to be divided equally among his children Ada Meek, Willie Meek, Thomas Meek, Jessie Meek. Wife, executrix without making bond as such. Witnesses: Burns L, Hicks, J. Harris Smith.

111-112. ELOISE MACPHERSON MURRAY, February 4, 1922-January 30, 1929
Resident of Jackson, Tennessee
The library in her residence to sons Harry, Cornelius, James, Ernest, Victor and Reginald. Her residence on Royal St., Jackson, was to be kept for her unmarried daughter but if they or she wished to live elsewhere this place was to be sold and proceeds divided equally among all her heirs and her personalty was to be divided "amicably" among her living daughters. Un­married daughter, Maria St. Agnes to have interest from $15, 000 until she is married. Sons, Ernest Macpherson Murray and Reginald Macpherson Murray, executors without making bond as such. Note dated February 8, 1926 that she had borrowed $900 and "advanced" same to her son, James. Note dated February 4, 1922 in which she expressed her wish that her sons-executors would provide a trousseau for Maria St. Agnes, her daughter if she married.  
Eloise Macpherson Murray died January 25, 1929.

Resident of Jackson, Tennessee
Directed that a tombstone be placed at her grave. Proceeds from sale of her residential lot, 409 East Main St., Jackson, to be given to son, Arnie Henry of London, England and her daughter, Mrs. Louise Gilbert, Jackson, equally. W. A. Caldwell, executor without making bond as such. Witnesses: C. G. Bond, Bessie Buffaloe.
Mrs. Mary F. Henry died January 20, 1929.

114. THOMAS C. LONG, August 4, 1925-~ebruary 6, 1929
Resident of Madison County, Tennessee
To beloved wife, Alice D. Long, entire estate. At her demise his son, Crawford Long was devised 300 acres and equipment and bank stock; to daughters, Lucile, Patty and Christine 623 acres, equally, except accounting for payment valued at $5000 already provided for daughter, Patty Wisdom; to grandchildren Worthy Qurean and Alice Qurean $500 Liberty bonds. To grandson, Lamar Gresham one $500 Liberty bond. Rest of estate to be divided equally among his daugh­ters and/or their heirs. Son, Thomas Crawford Long, executor without making bond as such. No witnesses.

Entire estate to uncle, H. F. Moore, who was to compensate Lillian Taylor for "attending and taking care" of him during his illness and he was to serve as executor without making bond as such. Witnesses: Dealia B.  Beatie, Sam Young.
Hilliard Moore died January 19, 1929.

To brother, O. W. Brewer, entire estate, providing he was living at end of the war /World War I/. If he did not survive this war, Mrs. Alma J. Shrimplin was devised ½ of undivided interest in 188 acre farm known as the old Ballard place, located in Civil District l3, Madison County and partly in Henderson County. To Mrs. Ella Dill all monies, bonds. No executor named.  Witnesses: Hu C. Anderson, Thomas McCorry.
