Locacated 1/2 mile north of Hwy. 20, Lexington Rd. at Madison-Henderson County line. 1822 Grant to land. In the name of Jonas Sykes.

These 3 stones were there when I was a child but only Cyrus remains.

Grandmother told me that when she and granddaddy Jesse Edwin Sikes moved back to the home place after the War Between the States, the 3 stones were stacked as doorsteps. She returned them to the Cemetery as Grandfather reusabeted them. He told her that prior to their moving to Gibson Co. there was other stones, also some send stones.
