Monday, March 3, 1873: L. DONALDSON petitioned the Court to resign as guardian of minors, ROBERT and CLINTON LANE and copy of the order to be sent to said heirs through their atty. G. W. McDANIEL at or near Fairbury, Illinois. (Note: Aug. 3, 1874, LEDA W. LANE, Livingston County, Illinois, is guardian of Robert and Clinton Lane.)
June 2, 1873: WM. M. EVANS presents last will and testament of WM. KEY, dec’d (from the County Court of Hickman County, Kentucky) and is duly certified as admr. HULDA R. KEY having waived her right to be admrx. WM. M. EVANS makes bond in the amount of $7,200.00. Bondsmen JOSEPH JACKSON and SAM McGUIRE.
